1. Digital Credits

Pixmora AI sells digital credits used to generate AI images. Because credits are delivered instantly and consumed on use, all purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used.

2. Eligible Refunds

If you were charged but credits were not delivered to your account, or you were charged in error, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Failed Generations

Credits spent on failed generations due to a system error on our side are automatically refunded to your account balance.

4. How to Request

Email support@pixmora.ai with your account email and transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
